The B&A Blvd project represents one of XD Commercial's largest solar integrations to date. A 79,450 square foot TPO roofing system was installed alongside a 704.7 kW ballasted solar power system in Glen Burnie, Maryland — delivering significant energy output while extending the life of the building envelope. This project demonstrates XD Commercial's ability to combine large-scale roofing upgrades with renewable energy generation, creating lasting value for asset owners and reducing the carbon footprint of industrial properties across the region.
